Our company's preferred method of communication is email. We answer all emails latest within 24 hours (typically a few moments). If you haven't received your reply by then, please check for spam folder as some replies end up there. If you are inquiring about an order please include your order id number.

We do not email customers with a follow-up shipping notfication. Since all orders ship on the same day, next day, or Monday w/o exception, a second email would too often raise a false concern of duplicate order.

Please note: Due to the Convid-19 Outbreak we are seeing delivery times slower than the usual. Based on Customer updates we are seeing delivery times ranging 3-5 weeks.

We constantly monitor various mail services for any updates. Currently all services indicate that mail, including International Mail is going out everyday.

Apologize to customers who want to place phone orders. All payments have to go through a fraud-screening real-time payment processor. They check in particular the location of your computer against your billing/shipping address.
